3. Information Sharing with Other Parties

3.1 Within the Platform (Multi-Tenant System)

The Platform operates on a multi-tenant architecture. Each organization's data is completely isolated from other organizations, and members of one organization cannot access another organization's data. Within a single organization, data access is governed by the roles and permissions set by the organization administrator.

3.2 Service Providers

We may share limited information with the following service providers: hosting and cloud computing providers, electronic payment gateways for processing financial transactions, data analytics services (such as Google Analytics), and notification services (email and WhatsApp). These parties are not permitted to use your information beyond what is necessary to provide the requested services.

We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or court order, or to protect the rights of the Platform and its users, or to investigate fraud or security breaches. In such cases, we limit the disclosure to the minimum information necessary.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include: password hashing using the bcrypt algorithm, CSRF protection on all forms, database-level isolation of organization data, encryption of sensitive connection data (such as SMTP passwords), use of encrypted connections (HTTPS) for data transmission, and activity log monitoring to track any suspicious operations.

Despite our efforts to protect your data, absolute security of data transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed. We recommend using strong passwords and not sharing your login credentials with others.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. In the event of subscription cancellation or account deletion, financial and booking data is archived in accordance with accounting and legal requirements (typically for at least 5 years).
